For educational, faith-based, and non-profit organizations a retainer fee (1/2 of total fee) is payable when you join the program and the final fee will be billed at an appropriate time. Purchase Orders will be accepted inluie of retainer. Note: full or partial payment will be due after first session depending on services provide. Individual and group services ‘fees are payable at the end of the each session, or in advance in the case of a telephone consultation.

Payments may be made by personal check, cash, money order, or cashier’s check.

Payments made by check should be made payable to: Excellence Matters.

On-going Payment Structure:

Fee is payable at the beginning of each month, weekly, or bi-weekly.
